John L. Guidry Jr.
President/Executive Director of Armed For the Battle Ministries, Nonprofit, since November 2023. John served 21 years in the US Air Force then 14 years as a DoD contractor for the Missile Defense Agency. He is married since September 25, 1995 to the former Summer D. Perry. They have an adult daughter and an adult son. The daughter is married. They have been serving since October of 2001 in churches at each base assigned while active duty. He has been a Deacon at Hickam Air Force Base Chapel Gospel Service and Calvary Chapel San Angelo. They have been volunteering in the marriage and family ministry with their church (Rocky Mountain Calvary) since 2007. He is currently a Lay Pastor, small group leader coach, and small group leader for Rocky Mountain Calvary. He is also, a teacher, facilitator and speaker. They also have been volunteering with the Marriage Get Away retreats at Glen Eyrie since 2021. They now lead the Closer Marriage Retreat at Glen Eyrie since August of 2023. They are adjunct staff at Glen Eyrie and lead other events for the Navigators when asked to do so, including hosting the Valentines Day Gala Dinner and Dance.

Summer D. Guidry
Vice President/Secretary of Armed for the Battle Ministries, Nonprofit since November 2023. Summer is married since September 25, 1995 to John L. Guidry Jr. She has two adult children. Summer has served in Women’s Ministries in various churches since 2002. She has served at Rocky Mountain Calvary since 2005. She is a published author, teacher, facilitator and speaker. Her life as a military spouse has been an incredible mission field affording her many opportunities to be both salt and light in various places and in many cultures. They are adjunct staff at Glen Eyrie and lead other events for the Navigators when asked to do so, including hosting the Valentines Day Gala Dinner and Dance.
